The Pop Up corner unit is for hire on a weekly basis!

The PopUp Studio
This PopUp space is in an excellent trading position facing directly onto the courtyard one side and York St on the other. This unit is adjacent to York st situated adjacent to the York Street entrance leading from the car park.
Being L shaped, it has a shop window looking out onto York Street giving you a 24 hour display to passers-by. The studio is very flexible proving a good area for working or displays, there is also a useful external display area.
Diamentions: 16' x 7'4" (4.9m x 2.2m) approx giving 116.8 sq ft of sales area (10.78 m). there are numerous power points, with spotlights. Spaces comes with some moveable shelving.
The unit is in beautiful position with good foot fall and on-site coffee shop! (space can be shared if people want to hire as a group)
