Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be as flexible as possible. To help us offer the best experience to all our customers, please note our cancellation and no-show policy: Cancellations: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Rescheduling: If something comes up, we're happy to reschedule your session up to 2 hours before your booking time (subject to availability). No Shows: Unfortunately, if you miss your booking without letting us know, a £20 no-show fee will apply. This helps us cover lost time and resources.
