Cancellation Policy
Keepsake Sessions – Cancellation Policy We know that life with little ones can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up at the last minute. If you need to cancel or rebook your keepsake session, we’re always happy to help – just please let us know as soon as you can. Cancellations / Rebooking: You’re very welcome to cancel or move your booking at any time – there’s no fee for this as long as you let us know in advance. No-shows: If you don’t let us know and don’t attend your appointment, a £20 charge will be applied. We put aside specialist time and materials for each keepsake session, so this policy helps us keep things running smoothly while still being as flexible as possible for families.
